How to order?
Orders can be placed on the website 24/7.
If you need help placing the order, please contact us at the phone number displayed on the website or at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 18:00, with the exception of legal holidays.
After placing an order, we reserve the right to contact you by phone for any clarifications necessary to process the order.
Orders will be shipped through the courier companies contracted by Toys4sex.ro
What are the methods by which my order can be delivered?
Toys4sex.ro offers the following delivery methods:
· Delivery by Courier - Anywhere in Romania, to your address. Delivery is made in 1-5 days, transport cost 20 RON / order
· For deliveries to Locker – the shipping cost is 0.
· We provide free delivery to your address for orders over 300 ron
· Orders are delivered to the address provided or in lockers through collaborating courier companies.
· To make sure that the delivery person will reach you in the shortest possible time, it is necessary that when you place the order you give us a valid phone number where the courier can contact you.
· If you opt for delivery in lockers, depending on the courier available for your area, we will allocate the closest locker to the address provided. Only small and medium-sized products are delivered to the locker, corresponding to the locker premise capacity;
What is the delivery time for orders?
The delivery time is 1-5 working days, depending on the availability of the products. There is a possibility that a product may not be in stock, in this case we will notify the customer when the restocking will be done and the delivery will be made within a later expressly communicated term.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order at any time from your account. If you do not find this information, please call Toys4sex.ro
How is the payment made?
Payment is made in the cash on delivery system (paid to the courier when the package is delivered).
It can be done with the card, online, safely and quickly via BT - this method is being implemented.
We also offer the possibility of payment by bank transfer (Payment Order).
Can the products be returned?
The return period for the products is 14 days, for the return, please send an email to the address: email@example.com in which you mention the invoice number, the date and the product or products you want to return.
